The goal of our youth events is to introduce as many kids as possible to multi-sport and understand cost may be a barrier for entry for some children. To continue our mission, we have put together a Multi-Sport Financial Assistance Program that will cover some or all of the costs associated with participating in multi-sport events.

Financial assistance will be provided based on need and the applications submitted. There are limited funds available each year for this program but our goal is to provide as much financial assistance as possible to as many kids as possible. Completing the form does not guarantee any amount of assistance will be provided.

Participants selected for financial assistance must complete the registration process and follow all instructions by the specified date in the award email. Any awards not claimed will not be rolled over to the following year’s event and assistance must be applied for again. However, the unused funds from unclaimed awards will be rolled over to the following year’s pool of total assistance that can be provided.

Program Funds & Availability

Financial Assistance Funds will begin being awarded 90 days prior to the scheduled race date and funds will continue to awarded to applicants on an as needed basis until 2 weeks to the event or the annual funds are depleted. Each year, the program will be initially funded by Negative Split Productions in the amount of $2,000. Additional donations can be made through event registrations and will be solicited 3rd party donors, individual and corporate sponsors.

Any funds remaining in the program after the deadline will be rolled over into the next event’s program launch. Remaining funds may also be used to provide additional assistance to previous applicants for upcoming events.

How Do I Apply?

Applications for Financial Assistance are completed through an online application process, click the button below or scroll to the bottom of the page to complete the application. Distribution of funds will remain open for specified event until 2 weeks prior to the scheduled event date.

How Can I Help?

The Youth Multi-Sport Financial Assistance Program is initially funded by Negative Split Productions. Additional donations are accepted through optional donations provided by registered participants, 3rd party donors, and corporate sponsors.
