Mobile LED screen at the finish line
LED screen rental

Bright enough for noon, big enough for the back row

A 17 by 10 foot high resolution LED screen on its own trailer. Races, watch parties, movie nights, festivals, and corporate events. We deliver it, run it, and take it home.

Most replies go out within the hour, all of them the same day.

The screen

One screen that brings everything it needs

A single mobile LED screen, 17 feet wide by 10 feet tall, on an integrated trailer. High resolution and high brightness, so it holds up in open daylight with no shade or tent over it and stays legible from every angle across a start line or a festival field. There is no catalog to pick from and no upsell to a bigger model.

It arrives with its own power and its own sound: an onboard generator runs the screen, and two built-in speakers cover audio, so you are not sourcing a generator or renting a PA to go with it. Once it is parked in its final spot we are powered up and playing content in under ten minutes, and an NSP tech stays with it for the whole event to run your content and pack it back down at the end.

The unit is weather resistant and rated to run in light rain and wind with the screen fully extended. The FAQ below covers exactly where those limits sit and what we do when the forecast turns.

On the screen

What people put on it

Usually several of these in one day, and we build the schedule with you on the planning call.

Live finish line videoRunners see themselves come in, and the crowd sees who is coming. The thing people always mention afterward.
Live results as they postStraight off our timing system. Cuts the line at the results tent to almost nothing.
Sponsor loopsLogo time in front of every finisher is easier to pitch than another banner.
Awards and recognitionNames and times up big while people are on the stage. Works for charity totals and team results.
Watch parties and movie nightsLive sports, screenings, and tournaments. Broadcast content needs a license and we will point you to it.
Stage and presentation visualsSpeakers, ceremonies, and brand activations. Bring your files or have us build the graphics.

Video and stream

Cameras and content, priced separately

The screen needs something to show, and most events run one camera at the finish line, which covers both live video and a stream. Add a second for the start or the stage.

Bringing your own files? Formats and design guidance are in the FAQ below. For full video production with mobile cameras and operators, we will connect you with a vendor we trust.

Frequently asked questions

Screen questions we get

Is it safe in bad weather?

The unit is weather resistant and rated to operate in light rain and gusts up to 25 miles per hour fully extended, and the integrated trailer adds stability. In severe weather, high wind or lightning, we work through contingency plans or a temporary takedown with you. Ground stabilization and fire extinguishers come with every setup.

What do you need from us, and when?

Everything in 16 by 9 at 1920 by 1080, sent over a shareable download link at least five business days before your event. Still images as jpg, 72 DPI, RGB. Video as mp4, compressed for smooth playback.

For content that reads well at this size: dark backgrounds, strong contrast, bold simple type, and large graphics. Avoid white backgrounds, which are uncomfortable to look at and tend to wash out at night. Send it early either way and we will flag anything that will not read well.

Do we need a license to show a movie or a game?

Yes, and we do not provide it, but we will walk you through getting it. Public showings of movies or televised sports usually go through Swank Motion Pictures, the Motion Picture Licensing Corporation, or event specific broadcast clearance. We have helped a lot of organizers through it and will point you at the right one.

Do we have to use your timing to rent the screen?

No. Plenty of screen bookings are standalone, including events that are not races at all. Movie nights, watch parties for the big game, video game tournaments, scoreboard, we've handled them all.

Bookings are limited so don't wait
