Pre-event coordination	We take the planning load off you in the weeks before the event: vendors, timelines, and the hundred small decisions that pile up.
Course design and mapping	A measured, mapped course that works for runners, for your permit, and for timing. Worth doing once and reusing every year.
Course setup and management	We put the course out and run it on the day, priced by course length. Equipment and crew included.
Packet pickup management	We staff and run the pickup line, including the late entries and participant corrections.
Volunteer management	Recruiting, assignments, check-in, and someone whose job is answering volunteer questions instead of you.
Hydration stations	Set up, stocked, and staffed for the whole race, then cleaned up. Priced per station.

Support questions we get

Do we have to use your timing to get support?

No. Consulting, equipment, and event services all stand on their own, and plenty of directors take one of them without anything else. If we are already timing your race it is simply easier, because our crew is on site anyway.

Is the consult really free?

Yes. Reach out and we will set up a call to hear about your event and tell you what we would do. If something specific is going wrong, we will talk through fixes you can make yourself. There is no charge and no obligation. If you want ongoing coaching after that, consulting is priced by the hour and you can see the rate in the estimator.

How early should we reserve equipment?

As early as you can. Availability varies with the season and all equipment is on a first-to-reserve basis, so reach out and we will tell you what is open for your date.

What if you do not carry what we need?

We will source it. We work with a trusted network of third-party vendors for equipment we do not own like stages and trussing, and with partners for services outside what we do, including MC and DJ, photography, course and event security, and event medical services. Tell us what the day needs.

We are not sure what we need, or this is our first race. Where do we start?
